A Creative Showcase for Emerging Artists

We are excited to officially announce the ✨ 4th Annual I AM Youth Fashion Show ✨ happening on:

📅 Saturday, July 11, 2026

📍 Fashion Square Mall – Saginaw, Michigan

Hosted by United We Go, the I AM Youth Fashion Show has continued growing into something much bigger than a traditional runway event.

This year’s show is evolving into:

✨ A Creative Showcase for Emerging Artists ✨

A space where youth can explore confidence, creativity, leadership, and self-expression through fashion, art, music, storytelling, wearable art, and community collaboration.

Over the past few years, we have watched youth walk into this program unsure of themselves, nervous to speak, afraid to walk a runway, or uncertain if they belonged.

And then something beautiful happens.

They begin trying.

Practicing.

Speaking up.

Supporting one another.

Believing in themselves.

That transformation is the true heart of this event.

This year, approximately 50 youth models ages 4–17 from throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region are participating in the program and preparing for the final showcase through:

✨ Runway training

✨ Confidence-building experiences

✨ Wearable art workshops

✨ Creative collaborations

✨ Community engagement opportunities

✨ Leadership development

✨ This Year’s Themes Include:

I AM Creative
I AM Strong
I AM Worthy
I AM Important
I AM Resilient

These themes are more than words.

For many youth, they become affirmations they are learning to believe about themselves for the very first time.

This year’s event will also feature:

🎶 Live musicians & performers

🎨 Wearable art showcases

🛍️ Community vendors

📸 Photography & media collaborations

🎭 Youth creative performances

💛 Community engagement opportunities

In addition to the runway experience, United We Go is also launching the ✨ I AM Youth Market ✨ — a youth-centered initiative designed to help youth learn fundraising, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, communication skills, and leadership through hands-on community experiences.

We believe youth in our region deserve opportunities to explore creativity and confidence-building experiences right here within their own communities.

This movement exists because of community support.

Because of parents.

Volunteers.

Artists.

Designers.

Photographers.

Businesses.

Sponsors.

Mentors.

And people willing to say YES to youth.

Through our “Say YES to Youth” campaign, community members and businesses can help sponsor youth participation and support opportunities such as:
