At United We Go, we believe in celebrating every individual, and what better way to do that than by celebrating birthdays! Our newest initiative, the Birthday Fund, aims to support families who may be facing financial challenges by providing birthday gifts for their children.

We understand that birthdays are special occasions that should be filled with joy and excitement. However, for some families, the financial burden of purchasing gifts can be overwhelming. That's where the Birthday Fund steps in.

Through the generosity of our community members and supporters, the Birthday Fund ensures that every child can experience the happiness of receiving a birthday gift. By donating to the Birthday Fund, you're not just giving a present – you're spreading smiles, creating cherished memories, and fostering a sense of belonging for children in need.

United We Go is hosting our End of Year Fundraising Event on November 9th at W.H. Ale, Bay City from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and we need YOUR support to make it a success!

Includes 8 event tickets, your logo on the table centerpiece, event banner, flyers, our website, and social media shoutouts!

Title Sponsor – $3,000
Includes 20 tickets, a speaking opportunity at the event, PLUS all Table Sponsor benefits AND mentions in press releases and premium logo placement.

In-Kind Donation Sponsor
Donate gift cards (groceries, gas, clothing, etc.) and get your logo featured on event banners, our website, and social media.

At United We Go, we believe every child deserves to feel celebrated on their birthday. Our Birthday Fund Programaims to support families who may face financial challenges by helping them create meaningful and memorable birthday celebrations for their children. Through this program, we provide assistance with birthday cakes, decorations, gifts, and more to make sure these special moments happen, regardless of financial limitations.
Please note: Submitting this application does not guarantee that you will receive assistance. Our committee and board of directors will carefully review all applications and notify you of our final decision.

By completing this application, you can apply for support for your child’s birthday. Please provide the necessary information below to help us assess your eligibility for the program. All information will remain confidential and will be used solely to determine program eligibility.
